Tsukiji Nishino writes:
Mrs. Masuda has the anxiety about having breast cancer. I would like to talk to her about her problems and offer some advice.
There are four problems in her lifestyle.
First, she cooks food using coconut oil or margarine. This is one problem, because these substances are made from plants, containing a lot of poly unsatured fatty acid. And, poly unsatured fatty acid is not easily metabolised, so this fat is accumulated in the human body. Accumulated poly unsatured fatty acid raises risks of cancer. So, I advise her to use animal oil or butter instead of using coconut oil or margarine.
Her second problem is that she likes to stay at home. Staying at home increases her tendency toward lack of exercise. And, lack of exercise can result in several porblems. For example, muscles become more weak, the metabolic system does not run so smoothly and so on. So, I advise her that she should take more exercise. For example, walking, jogging, playing tennis and so on.
The third problem is that Mrs. Masuda dislikes vegetables. Vegetables are rich with vitamins. And, vitamins are capable of capture and neutralize free radicals which is one cause of cancer. Free radicals attack our cell's DNA in cell division. Capturing free radicals is very beneficial for the human body. So, I advise her third that she should eat more vegetables. And, it is better to eat vegetables that are warmed, because warmed vegetables are absorbed better than fresh ones. (If we warm vegetables, we can destroy their cell walls. Cell walls of fresh vegetables are hardly ever destroyed. Thus, vitamins which are contained in fresh vegetables are not very absorbed.)
Mrs. Masuda's fourth problem is skipping breakfast. In former times, it is said that to skip eating breakfast is one way of diet, in Japan. But, it is just wrong. If we skip eating our breakfast, our cells want to accumulate nutrition more than if we had eaten breakfast. And, in that case, most of the nutrition we obtain from other meals is accumulated as fat. So, for example, sumo wrestlers eat two times a day in oder to make their body heavier. I advise her that if she skips eating breakfast, she will feel more and more unhealthy. So, she needs to take breakfast every day. But, it should be moderate. And it is out of the question that she eat three or four desserts at one time.
Finally, I would like to suggest that Mrs. Masuda should know about more health and diseases.
