First, Mr. Tanaka, you have a possibility that you will have diabetes, because your grandfather and father have diabetes. If you are going to have diabetes, you might have a sore throat, a slight fever, a lack of appetite and feel tired. Still more, you may suffer from dryness in the mouth and have frequent urination. You have a possibility to become semi-conscious. So, you should eat sugar-less foods, at first. Lots of sugar is in many kinds of foods, for example, snack foods, cakes and, of course, alcohol. And because it is used a lot in many kinds of dishes, you had better cook low-sugar dishes, too.

Second, you have a possibility to develop heart disease. I guess that there are some reasons. Your mother has a critical heart disease and you may have diabetes in the future, and so on. These are called "genetic factors" or "family history factors". So it may be impossible to prevent the diseases, but you must not give up to trying to keep health. Exercises are good to keep your weight down and for your health. Strong body and heart makes good condition in your life, so you had better. At first, it can be a day or two per a week. I recommend you to do exercises.

Next, There is a problem in that your LDL cholesterol level is too high (172). It's also a risk factor for diseases. Cholesterol is necessary to the cells and helps the body make hormones, of course. But there are 2 types of cholesterol. One of those is HDL (high-density lipoprotein), good for your body. Another is LDL (low-density lipoprotein), bad. High levels of LDL are associated with an increased risk of heart disease. You like to eat a lot of meat, beef and pork mostly, they are high-fat foods, now. So, you had better eat low-fat foods and vegetables. Vegetables prevent cholesterol from being absorbed at the intestines.

Then, another most important risk factor is your misunderstanding of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Your nutrition is too bad. Not to eat vegetables is one of the biggest problems. Vegetables have many kinds of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Your recommended daily amounts (RDA) of them is too short. Vitamins help the body turn food into energy and tissues. There are 13 vitamins in all: vitamin A (750ug); the vitamin B complex, which includes thiamine (1.2mg), riboflavin (1.8mg), niacin (20mg), vitamin B6, folic acid (200ug), vitamin B12 pantothenic acid(2ug), and biotin; and vitamins C (30mg), D (2.5ug), E (10ug), and K (140ug) -- A man who is 65kg needs these amounts each day. Minerals are needed for growth and maintenance of body structures. Minerals are not made by plants and animals. Plants get minerals from water or soil, and animals get minerals by eating plants or plant-eating animals. The minerals the body needs in large amounts include calcium (800mg), chlorine, magnesium (350mg), phosphorus (800mg), potassium, sodium, and sulfur. Other minerals, called trace elements, are needed in much smaller amounts. Trace elements include iron (10mg), copper, fluorine, iodine (150ug), selenium, zinc (15mg), chromium, cobalt, manganese, and molybdenum. Fiber helps reduce the rates of some forms of cancer, namely colon and breast cancer. You can't take them from udon and rice. Threshed grains are poor in fiber.

I have to explain the real difference between carbohydrates and fat. There are carbohydrates in all starches and sugars. Each gram of carbohydrate provides 4 calories. Most foods contain carbohydrates. On the other hand, fats pack a lot of energy. Each gram of fat provides 9 calories. (There are three kinds of fat: saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated.) Animal and dairy fats are saturated fats. Fats make LDL, too. Don't mix the information of foods, please.

In addition to that, to drink much coffee is so bad, too. Coffee contains much caffeine. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, making you feel more energetic. Large doses of caffeine can cause restlessness, sleeplessness, palpitations, and diarrhoea. To drink is O.K., but to drink too much is not good. Please control your doses of coffee, caffeine, etc.

Finally, your life style is not so good. Not to eat breakfast and feeling lots of pressure are some of your bad behavior problems. To work hard is necessary in order to live, that's right. But, please take care of your body. Your body is not only yours, but also your family's. Now, you had better think about your life as you get older. Good luck!!
