Before my suggestion to patient A and B, we must think about similarities and contrasts between these two patients. First, I think, there are some similarities about this case. For example, both patient A and B 's favorite foods contain high cholesterol and fat, and contain little fiber. And more, they do little exercising . These are factors which may cause health problems. On the other hand, there are some contrasts between patient A and B. For instance, LDL-cholesterol level, narrowing of arteries, smoking, and overweight. Regarding the LDL-cholesterol level, that of patient A is 165, and that of patient B is 125. Patient A's cholesterol level may be a factor which could cause serious health problems, such as a heart attack and other diseases. Smoking and being overweight are problems for patient B, also these may be factors of future, more serious problems.

So my first suggestion to these patients is concerned with their favorite foods. They have to change their food styles. For example, patient A must take more vegetables and fruits, lower the amount of eggs and fatty meats he eats, because these first two foods include much fiber which may help lower cholesterol, and the last two foods contain much cholesterol. Next patient B must change from white breads to whole-grain breads or cereals, because they contain much fiber too. My second suggestion to patient A is to do exercise. Daily exercise may help lower cholesterol. Another suggestion to patient B is to quit smoking and check her cholesterol level regularly. Because smoking is concerned with serious diseases of the respiratory system, and a history of diabetes may also be concerned with serious health problems.

When we think suggestions for patient A and B, we realize that many factors are concerned with health. So if we want to be healthy, we have to think and to know many aspects linked to our health. And when we really think about those aspects, we may enjoy our healthy life.
